Products are enabled per project. Credentials grant explicit scopes, and resources belong to the authenticated project. Projects and tenants describe isolation; billing explains credit and usage. Enabling AI in a project also requires operator activation, a linked USD billing account and reviewed models. The current catalog, rather than a hard-coded model list, determines availability.
