WebSocket upgrade for the realtime_transcription capability: bounded PCM16 mono 24 kHz input. Soniox emits feeef.transcription.updated with complete replacement text, confirmed_text and provisional_text; OpenAI emits transcript deltas. Both emit conversation.item.input_audio_transcription.completed and feeef.session.completed. Authenticate with bearer project credentials and model query, or a short-lived feeef.ticket connection subprotocol. The project AI product must be enabled and ai:generate is required.
